#AskRebecca – How to get out of my comfort zone

This week I answered a question I get asked all the time!

“How to I get out of my comfort zone?”

When you are equally scared about something and excited about it you know it is just outside of your comfort zone.

When there is something you are called to do but are just that little bit hesitant and begin to question yourself.

So firstly,

1. Take action as soon as you get the feeling and thought

Tony Robbins says to never leave the scene of the thought before doing 1 thing towards making it happen!

2. Hold yourself accountable

If it’s to tell someone else about it, to set up a reminder in your phone or make a phone call to someone who may hold you accountable to making it happen.

3. Keep doing it

Truth is, we all have boundaries, and the more we take action, the more we can feel comfortable being uncomfortable.

We all should have growth as our highest value, to grow and develop and learn new things daily, even if it’s the smallest of things.

Round up:

1. Take inspired action

2. Hold yourself accountable

3. Keep doing it
